Mike Fisher's passion for woodworking began as a child when he was inspired by watching his father make furniture for their home. When he joined the Boy Scouts, he read a book by Eric Sloan called "A Reverence for Wood". That book in combination with his love for nature, gave him a deep appreciation for trees and wood. His love for the medium and the joy he receives from working with his hands continues to inspire him 28 years later as an adult. This beautiful pivot mirror is a wonderful and practical accessory for any purse. Both domestic and exotic woods are used. No endangered species are used.
